When you sleep, then your body is able to rest and repair all the damage that it has done during the day. If you do not get enough sleep, then this will affect your health in many ways such as making you feel tired and weak. Waking up early can help to improve your overall health because when you get enough sleep, then it will improve the condition of your eyesight, skin tone, and even your moods.

2.DRINK WATER
Drinking water has many health benefits such as helping to maintain a healthy body temperature, helps in digestion, and helps in maintaining a healthy skin condition. Drinking contaminated or polluted water can cause diseases such as cholera or dysentery because it can contaminate the food that one eats due to contamination of the source of drinking water. Contaminated or polluted sources of drinking water can be caused by waste management issues which include improper sewage treatment plants and overpopulated areas where raw sewage is dumped into the environment contaminating ground and surface waters (“Water”). Therefore, it is important to use purified sources of drinking water so that one does not get sick from consuming contaminated food or beverages (“Purified Water”).

Exercise is the best medicine for our body. It helps to keep our heart healthy, keeps us mentally alert and it also helps to keep our skin healthy. Exercise can be done in many ways but the most effective way of exercising is doing it early morning because your body is at its peak condition then.

It also increases the amount of red blood cells which carry oxygen throughout your body, thus helping you breathe easier during exercise or even when you are not exercising but just sitting or walking around because that increased volume of oxygenated blood will help in this situation too. Another benefit of exercising in the morning is that it increases endorphins which are released during exercise and help to reduce stress levels too.
