WHY PEOPLE SAY ''DOING EXERCISE IS USELESS?

There are likely several reasons why some people may believe that doing exercise is useless, including:

  1. Unrealistic expectations: Some people may start an exercise program with unrealistic expectations, such as expecting to see immediate results, and become discouraged when they don't see the changes they were hoping for.

  2. Lack of knowledge: Others may not understand the benefits of exercise or may not know how to properly engage in physical activity to reap those benefits.

  3. Past negative experiences: Some people may have had negative experiences with exercise in the past, such as injuries or feeling embarrassed in a gym setting, which has led them to believe that exercise is not worth the effort.

However, it's important to understand that regular exercise has numerous health benefits, including:

  1. Improved physical health: Exercise can help improve cardiovascular health, build strength and endurance, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer.

  2. Improved mental health: Exercise has been shown to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety and improve overall mood and cognitive function.

  3. Increased longevity: Regular exercise has been linked to increased lifespan and improved quality of life in older adults.

  4. Improved sleep: Exercise can improve sleep quality and duration, which can have numerous benefits for overall health and wellbeing.

Overall, there is ample evidence to suggest that exercise is anything but useless, and those who believe otherwise are likely misinformed or not fully aware of the benefits of physical activity.
