ADVANTAGES OF PLANK EXERCISE

One of the best exercises is the plank exercise. It is one of the best exercises because it strengthens your core muscles and improves flexibility. When you do this exercise, you will be able to strengthen your abdominal muscles and improve your flexibility.


It helps in reducing back pain because it tones all the muscles that support your spine. It also helps in strengthening your arms, shoulders, and chest area. It also tones all other body parts such as legs, buttocks, and back of the arms.


It can be done at any age group as long as you have good balance skills and coordination with movement. You can do this exercise by lying on a flat surface with knees bent and feet hip-width apart on a mat or carpeted flooring or even on a firm pillow placed between two flat surfaces for support while doing this exercise (Plank Exercise). Your hands should be placed shoulder-width apart on either side of your body with palms facing downwards (Plank Exercise). Your toes should point towards ceiling or floor while keeping abs tight so that you don’t roll over during this exercise (Plank Exercise). Make sure that there is no weight bearing on elbows when doing this exercise

Planks are an exercise that builds strong abs, arms, and back. It also strengthens your core muscles which support your spine and help in reducing back pain. This is a simple exercise that you can do at home or in the gym to tone your abs, arms, and back.
